For wire preparation, our latest-generation machinery gives us great flexibility and improved productivity. It is mainly made up of specialised equipment from Komax, the world leader in this field.
Our automated cutting machines are programmed to cut small and large wires with extreme precision. Our machines are coupled with several complementary functions such as stripping, marking and crimping.
- Kappa 320
The Kappa 320 cutting and stripping machine, coupled with an inkjet marker, can handle cables up to 10mm².
- Kappa 330
The Kappa 330 cutting and stripping machine can handle a wide range of cables from 0.22mm² to 35mm² (AWG 24 - 2) and is coupled to an inkjet marker.
- Kappa 350
The machine cuts and strips from 2.5mm² to 120mm² (AWG 14 - AWG 5/0) with precision and quality. Integrated sensors monitor production.
- Alpha 550
The Alpha 550 controller is used for cable cross-sections from 0.13 to 6 mm², and ensures optimum quality for double-sided crimping and socket assembly. The presses have an integrated CFA controller. The use of the dynamometer and comparator means that production can only be started when the required characteristics are reached. It is coupled to a marker.
- Alpha 455
The Alpha 455 is used for cable cross-sections up to 6 mm². It is coupled to a marker. The crimping presses are combined with integrated quality control devices, in particular the CFA.
- Alpha 356
The Alpha 356 PLC is also coupled to a marker. The crimping presses are combined with integrated quality control devices, in particular the CFA.
